When can I receive a new replacement smartphone?
You can order a replacement every 24 months. The hardware specifications of your new smartphone will match the one currently being offered.
Can I have my free smartphone configured with the inspector's account?

Can I have more than one free smartphone per inspector, having purchased twice the amount of credits?
No. The total number of free smartphones cannot exceed the number of registered inspectors.
When will my smartphone be delivered?
Please allow 3-6 weeks to process your order and configure your units.
What happens if I need to replace my damaged smartphone?
You will be required to send us the damaged unit and will be eligible to request a replacement, through the same process, before your 24 months period is up.
Is this a tablet or a phone, will I be able to make calls?
It's a 5.5" Android phone and comes with dual SIM card slots.
Can I use my free smartphone with any wireless service provider?
The Smartphone comes unlocked, free of any contracts and available to networks supporting: GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz, WCDMA 850/2100MHz. Check with your carrier
Can I use my free smartphone over WI-FI connection only, without a data plan?
Yes, you only need a WI-FI hot spot to download orders, sync configuration and send reports. Inspections can be done offline.
